This Delivery Disclaimer applies to all material deliveries arranged through MyHomeBuild.ca.
1. Delivery Scope
MyHomeBuild.ca coordinates delivery of building materials to residential properties and job sites across Ontario, Canada.
Delivery services are limited to curbside or driveway drop-off only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Site Access & Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Clear and safe access for delivery vehicles
- Suitable ground conditions to support heavy loads

Compliance with local bylaws, permits, and site regulations
MyHomeBuild.ca is not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable site conditions, including but not limited to:
- Soft ground or unpaved surfaces
- Underground utilities

Driveway, curb, or landscaping damage
3. Job-Site Deliveries
For construction or renovation sites:
- A site contact must be available at delivery time
- Materials are delivered as-is to the designated drop location

We do not provide material placement, staging, or unloading assistance
4. Delivery Timing
Delivery dates and time windows are estimated only and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road restrictions
- Supplier availability

Force majeure events
MyHomeBuild.ca is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
5. Acceptance of Delivery
By accepting delivery, the customer confirms that:
- Materials were delivered as ordered
- Quantities and visible condition are acceptable
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHomeBuild.ca shall not be liable for:
- Project delays caused by delivery timing
- Job-site handling or storage issues
- Damage occurring after delivery acceptance
